I wish upon a shooting star (Poem)

I wish upon a wishing star,
That you where here, in my arms,
Not to far but not to close,
Here is where I miss you the most.
Every night, every day,
I stay up til' the dawn gives way,
But for now I guess It's alright,
To stay up that long during night,
Oh I wish upon a wishing star,
That you aren't really that far...
